Servicing & maintenance
- Minor and major servicing
- Manufacturer-spec schedules on genuine OEM parts, usually same day.
- Brake service
- Pads and discs replaced or resurfaced, with a full system bleed.
- Suspension and steering
- Bushes, arms, shocks and steering components replaced and aligned.
Diagnostics & repair
- Computer diagnostics
- Full fault-code scan, live data and road test to find the cause.
- Engine repair and overhaul
- Mechanical and electrical repair, including overheating diagnosis.
- Turbo repair
- Boost leak testing, actuator and turbo replacement on Alfa and EcoBoost engines.
- Transmission repair and replacement
- Gearbox diagnosis, rebuild and full replacement on manual and automatic cars.
- Clutch kit replacement
- Complete clutch kit replacement, including flywheel inspection and release bearing.
- Cooling and fuel systems
- Pressure testing, water pumps, thermostats, radiators, pumps and injectors.
- Battery and alternator
- Charging system testing, battery and alternator replacement.
Performance upgrades
- ECU tuning
- Calibration carried out in house. We do not have our own dyno, so dyno runs are done at a partner facility.
- Carbon cleaning
- Full intake tract and throttle body carbon removal. Direct-injection engines — Alfa turbo and EcoBoost alike — build deposits that cost power.
- Intake and air filter
- Performance intakes and high-flow filters supplied and fitted.
- Blow-off and diverter valves
- BOV and diverter valve upgrades on turbocharged cars.
- Exhaust upgrade
- Cat-back, sports and valved exhaust systems supplied and fitted.
- Downpipe upgrade
- High-flow downpipe to reduce back pressure.
- Intercooler upgrade
- Uprated front-mount to keep intake temperatures down through the UAE summer.
- Water-methanol injection
- WMI kits supplied and fitted to hold intake temperatures and knock down in UAE heat.
- Suspension upgrade
- Uprated shocks and springs supplied, fitted and aligned.
- Performance brakes
- Upgraded pads and rotors for harder road and track use.
